Resident Advisor Training: Best Practices and Essential Tools

The Resident Advisor (RA) position is foundational to the work of many Housing/Residence Life programs and Student Affairs departments. Proper RA training is necessary to equip RAs with the knowledge and skills they need to effectively support residents and maintain a safe and positive living-learning environment.
