Patience L. Bartunek is the Chief of Staff to the Managing Partner (W. Scott Lewis) at TNG. She provides support to clients, engages in direct client consulting work, and serves as the operating coordinator for the TNG Expert Witness Program.
Patience spent over 20 years working in Higher Education prior to her arrival at TNG. She has been responsible for student conduct, policy creation and updates, diversity education, leadership development, student leader training, Clery reporting, fraternity/sorority life, and housing. Additionally, she has served as a CARE team member, Deputy Title IX Coordinator, Title IX Investigator, and Title IX Decision Maker. Most recently she served as the Director of Student Conduct at the University of Mount Union where in 2019 she received the Jane Weston Chapman Award for recognition of her work for gender equity on campus and in the community. She has also served as the Assistant Dean of Student Conduct and Director of Student Conduct at Arkansas State University, the Coordinator of Fraternity & Sorority Life/Assistant Director of Judicial Affairs at the University of Toledo and the Coordinator of Student Conduct at Radford University.
Patience holds a B.A in English from Allegheny College and an M.Ed. from the University of South Carolina.
