With over two decades of distinguished service in higher education, Milo has held several senior leadership roles, including Director of Athletics, Head Coach, Associate Athletics Director for Development, and Academic Counselor. Having successfully led the reclassification of Cal State San Marcos Athletics from NAIA to NCAA DII and spearheading major capital projects like the CSUSM Sports Center, Milo is a proven strategist with a collaborative team-builder approach. As a champion for student-athletes, coaches, and staff, Milo emphasizes mental health & wellness, Title IX compliance, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
