With nearly 40 years of experience in victim services, prevention, and education in higher education, Kaplan is a seasoned consultant and writer at the University of Virginia. Kaplan also serves as adjunct faculty in Women, Gender, and Sexuality courses, where she combines her expertise as a writer, teacher, victim advocate, and artist.
