As the President of Hind Government and Policy Consulting, Hind brings over 20 years of experience in alternative dispute resolution and higher education policy. Hind previously served as the Director of the Nebraska Supreme Court Office of Dispute Resolution, where she contributed to developing effective conflict resolution strategies. She has also been Vice President for University Affairs and an Associate Professor, where she combined her leadership and academic experience to influence policy and practice in higher education.
