Allison Frost is excited to join the TNG team as an associate. Allison is intimately familiar with the day-to-day challenges facing colleges, universities, and schools, given her decade of experience within the Office of the Dean of Students at the University of Utah, with principal responsibilities in behavioral intervention.
Allison’s primary focus will be on NaBITA (the National Behavioral Intervention Team Association). She also has extensive experience in providing guidance and resources for individuals going through Title IX investigations, including respondents; university conduct processes; policy interpretation and creation; and safety evaluation and strategic planning after a campus crisis or emergency.
She regularly visits campuses to provide in-person training and also works on developing resources and training tools for use by those engaged in behavioral intervention. She is deeply passionate about research and development of evidence-based prevention efforts.
Allison earned a B.S. in Sociology with a Criminology certificate and is currently completing a Master of Public Administration with an emphasis in Behavioral Intervention and Crisis Management in Public Education. Prior to enter the education field, she spent a few years working in the state and federal court systems in her home state of Utah.
