TNG has six partners and a total of over 25 consultants. Please take time to review our bios below, and get to know us! You'll find that we are a think tank of the top consultants in the field, coming together to craft models, risk management systems, and state-of-the-field problem-solving.

Only the cream of the crop make our cut, and to join our roster, you have to be a top professional in the field with years of experience and the chops to teach what you know. Every visit and training from a TNG consultant is a dynamic, challenging, and rewarding experience for our clients, helping schools and colleges to grow and achieve their goals. We've aimed for a well-rounded team, with expertise in every area you could possibly need.

As a law and consulting firm, you'll notice that not all of our consultants are attorneys. We choose the top experts with the right credentials, and believe in having a well-rounded perspective, informed by law, but also by other disciplines. We offer policy experts, psychologists, educators, legislation mavens, faculty, and administrators. Almost every one of our consultants is or was a long-time practitioner in the education field, who is able to share concrete advice on what really works, rather than offering pie-in-the-sky aspirations that can't be implemented practically.

We are thinkers, but also do-ers, the perfect combination for consultants who can serve you in short-term projects as well as long-term, collaborative consultancies. TNG has had the privilege of serving more than 3,000 education-sector clients since 2000. Our superstar team is the primary reason why.

While our consultants are listed by the region in which they are based, almost all will travel the entire country, as needed.
